The Apex Generic's Refund and return policy is in addition to the rights of the customer under the consumer law. It is important for every customer to carefully read our refund and return policy. This is for completely ensuring that they are aware of all their rights and the obligations that they uphold, before placing their order.

Damaged/ incorrect products

  • Although it is an unlikely event, however, in case your product is damaged, whether in transit or you get the incorrect items, then you can write us an email. 
  • It should be within 7 days of receiving the damaged or incorrect items, along with an image of the same. And our representatives will try to find the speediest resolution for you. 
  • Also ensure to return the damaged/ incorrect items for the potential of inspection as well as returns. This is unless and until it is advised otherwise way.

Change of Mind purchases

  • Our company will not be accepting the returns/ refund of changes of the mind purchases. And you can carry out the cancellation of the order/ or modification of the same before its dispatch through email, or you can simply call at our pharmacy office during business hours. 
  • However, our company will not be capable of amending the orders, under the condition that they have already been dispatched from the premises.

Other types of Returns

Our company will not be accepting the returns, while providing you with the refund/ exchange or repairing when the item is:

  • Faulty/ not of acceptable quality
  • Under the condition that the item is quite different from what has been shown on the website or described to the user
  • Are not fitting for the intended purpose or
  • Unsafe to use
  • Under the condition of the eligibility of the item for the refund of such nature, our company will be refunding the item price along with any of associated shipping price to the original payment process.

Consumer guarantees

  • Whatever items are sold by our online pharmacy, Apex Generic, everything is associated with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the consumer laws. 
  • Under the condition of the consumer guarantee, faulty Returns, the original fee for shipment will be refunded for requesting for refunds. 
  • And the exchanges will be carried out free of charge. There will be issuance of the refunds through the use of the original payment procedure.
