Our pharmacy company, Apex Generic is complying with all the applicable guidelines as well as the laws pertaining to the safe handling of the medicines. 

 Criteria for order cancellation

• The customers have the choice of cancelling their order during any time, before it gets dispatched. And the parcel cannot be cancelled when it is dispatched for delivery. 
• The time frame for the order cancellation is 3-5 days, post-delivery of the product. 
• And there cannot be the cancellation of the order under the condition of the passing of the specified time frame. 
• In some of the circumstances, the customers are not liable for cancelling their order post the specified of time frame. There cannot be cancellation of the order after the passing of the specified time frame.
• In a few other instances, the customer may not be allowed for cancelling the order post the specific duration. 
• The details pertaining to the time frame, which is mentioned on the product page/ page for order confirmation, will be considered the final one.
• In any other type of event of cancellation from Apex Generic, owing to an unforeseen situation, there will be initiation of the full refund for the prepaid orders.
• Our pharmacy company will be resolving the sole right for accepting the cancellation of any specific order. 
• Our organisation, Apex Generic, is also reserving the sole right to waving off/ or carry out the modification of the time frame/ cancellation fees from time to time.
• All the prescriptions/ product cancellations are towards the discretion of our team in charge
• Any of cancellations made once the medicinal product has already been processed will not be holding eligibility for refunds

Consumer order cancellation rights

• The customer is entitled for cancelling their orders before the dispatch has been made & this can be without giving any reason.
• Pertaining to exercising the right of cancellation, you should inform our team about your decision. This should be made by means of a clear statement. 
• You can inform our representatives about your decision by writing an email.
