  • Is it possible for me to place order through a call?

Yes, you can place your order either through call, text, email, or chat live with our executives. Our customer's support team will be assisting you in completing your entire purchase.

  • What all kinds of payment modes Apex Generic is accepting?

Our online pharmacy will be carrying our order acceptance through distinct modes. This is through major credit cards, for example, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and others. We also accept payment through PayPal.

  • What it means of checking the current status of my placed order?

All the orders will be saved in your account & in this way, you can check out the order progress. All you have to do is to simply sign into the account, click on my orders, and get the most recent updates on the same.

  • What is the process of order cancellation at your pharmacy company?

You can contact the customer support service team immediately after your order placement for cancellation. 

As the order is processed fast, and therefore you should make a cancellation request right before it’s processing. Because once the processing has started, it will be very difficult on our end to stop the order shipment.

  • I am unable to add selected products to my cart? What should I do?

This could be a problem for the cookie browsers. Such an issue could be fixed by enabling cookies. If you still have a problem, you can place an order from a different device

  • Can I get consultation from your pharmacist?

Yes, you can get one to one personalized consultation & also information about medicine dosage and protocol. This is before your order placement and dispensing the same.

  • What happens to the repeats on my prescriptions?

Our pharmacy will be keeping the repeats on your prescriptions, while sending you the alerts so that you can place an order again with us.

  • How much time my order will be taking to arrive at my place?

Our aim is to process your orders within 2-3 working days, and in most of cases, it are delivered to the customer's doorstep in 10-15 days. However, the order fulfillment or delivery Times vary during the peak durations or when there are Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in between.

  • Do you provide customers' change of mind order Returns?

As per our cancellation policy, currently we are not offering change of Mind Returns. However, in case of the receipt of a faulty item/ product parcel with any issue, the customer is eligible for a refund/ replacement.

 Everything in accordance to our refunds and return policy and the rights of the customer under consumer laws.
