Our company partners with the local Postal for extending the express shipping services to all the customers. Please note that all the product orders will be shipped after the payment has been received.
Any of order that is processed as well as payment is made will be dispatched within the duration of three days & delivered to the customer's doorsteps within 10-15 days at their respective locations. Online tracking of deliveries

- So, that under the condition when the customer is not at home, the collection of the parcel can be done from the local post office.
Signature on delivery- what it stand for?
- As the name is implying, any of the parcel packages that are sent by our online pharmacy
- Apex Generic will be needing the signature after the delivery of the package, either from the addressee or any of the authorised representatives.
- Owing to the sensitive nature of the medicine, this has been included as a default provision for all the orders that could be processed.
- In case of not residing in the home for receiving the order, there should be an authorised party for signing the package on behalf of the customer.
- As the postman will be delivering the product package, put the nearest of post office. And they will be leaving a card in the mailbox with your specific collection details.
How long duration it will be taking to send your order?
- The standard time frame for dispatching the order is 3 days, and the delivery will be made within 10-15 days.
- After the receipt of the confirmation from our online pharmacy that there is fulfillment of the order, our delivery partner will be striking to dispatch the product closer to the business on the same day.
What to do under the condition of missing product delivery?
- Under the condition of missing the product delivery, we will be sending it to the closest of Pick-up Avenue.
- Our delivery van will be leaving the collection slip within the customer's mailbox. And they will be required to collect the same from the pickup point as instructed by our delivery partner.
What to do in case of an incomplete address, or an order could not be collected and returned to our pharmacy company? Will I be able to get a refund?
- Under the mentioning of above circumstances, and you intent not to purchase the product package, our online chemist store will be disposing of the order, and you are not liable to receive refunds. This means at present we are not accepting any customer change of mind on returns.
- However, if you look forward to the Re re-delivery of the order, you are required to send fee of asked amount to the delivery partner as an additional shipping cost.
